Toad Town | Lavalava Island: Yoshi Village | Jade Jungle | Volcano
Toad Town
Go west one scene from Shy Guy's Toy Box. There,
you'll find Kolorado. Talk to the whale and hop inside him with Watt. In the
battle, use many regular attacks with a Power Jump here and there. After that,
ride your way to Lavalava Island.
Yoshi Village
Go to the west of the main village scene,
rescue Kolorado, then back. You'll be forced to venture into Jade Jungle in the
north for the Fearsome Five.
Jade Jungle
Just search every area using Sushie(you'll
find her in a tree off to the east). Rais yourself up so that you have 30 HP, 25
FP, and 12 BP. When you come across a Super Block, Super Rank Sushie.
Volcano
Re-equip the Ice Power badge. Just follow your
instincts and battle as much as possible, trying to raise yourself up to 30
FP.
When you encounter a trampoline that takes you up to the metal block,
ride back down. Do this over and over until you can time your jump right onto
the ledge you pass when you use the trampoline. It is a Fire Shield badge. Put
this on to complement the Ice Power badge.
When you break the metal block,
Kolorado will accidentally jump down. Ride down the grapple, and when you see a
vertical stream of light lined up with Mario, jump. It's a Super Block. Ultra
Rank Sushie.
Not far from there you'll find two rolling spiked balls. Use
Bow's "Outta Sight" when they come crashing towards you.
After a little more venturing(and leveling up) you should come across some
piranha plants that grow out of lava. Take it easy, use a couple Power Bounces,
but keep cool. Use Star Shower once.
Now the next battle should be MUCH
harder. Use a Whacka's Bump in this battle when your HP reaches 15 or below. Use
Jumps, Star Shower once, and Sushie floods. You should wash these guys out in no
time.
