For school, we had to write a ballad(pretty short one). Here's mine, and you can guess the subject I picked:
I have a story to tell,
About these two Marios,
They lived in Brooklyn, they did,
Then they found a Warp Pipe,
And a new world they had found.
There were mushrooms as people,
A grand princess they met,
There were mystical powers,
And odd little creatures,
Then Bowser destroyed the peace.
His soldiers invaded now,
And he took the princess,
As everyone had dispaired,
The newcomers jumped in.
They beat Bowser,
And they freed the people,
Now from then on,
The Mario Bros. were immortalized.
