Varsity Team
You'll be surprised how good your partner has gotten while you were in singles!
Your parnter should have 12 Control and 12 Speed. Raise your partner's speed to 13 or 14 and your curve 1 or two.
Recomended Shot: Slice
Head over to the Varsity Court(the one that everyone supposedly loves) and at the bottom of it should be some players. Talk to the Green Chubby Female, and you'll have a practice tennis match.
Green Chubby Female and Purple Gaunt
Green Chubby Female: Power
She'll attribute to most of the team's points, but also to most of the team's losses. Her shots allow you to easily return them right out of the court. Your partner should be good at this. Try not to let her hit to your partner if (s)he is way in the back.
Purple Gaunt: All-Around
He really doesn't have a special power, so just keep shooting slices. To avoid a rally, let your partner in or try to hit to Green Chubby Female.
Talk to Varsity Coach Kevin(he's by the net) and you'll challenge Mark and Blue Heavyset Male.
Mark and Blue Heavyset Male
Mark: All-Around
Mark serves conventional Corner and Inside shots. This should prove to make the match almost as easy as the previous one. But, Mark has all-around power instead of all-around weakness--so you need to get him on all grounds. Still stay with the class shot, slice, but if you rally, try drops and lobs. Your partner will seem to be about equal with you right now, so don't feel like you should leave it to him.
Blue Heavyset Male: Power
Corner, Inside Out, and Inside services for him. The latter two may leave you puzzled, so stay in the middle of the service court he serves to. Just remember to use his shots against the team like with Green Chubby Female's and you'll do fine.
Repeat in singles, and you're off to the Island Open!
